Welcome

Aloha and Welcome to Volunteers in Public Service (VIPS) to the Courts

The mission of the VIPS Program is to facilitate and promote opportunities for citizen involvement and participation within the Judiciary based on the needs of the Judiciary and the skills, talents and interests of the volunteers. The goals of the program are:

  1. To increase public awareness of the Judiciary, its programs and the judicial process;
  2. To enhance the level of services to the community and Judiciary clients through effective use of volunteers working with court personnel.

Volunteering provides many benefits, such as work experience, professional and personal contacts, enhancing or retention of work skills, and the opportunity to help others and make a difference.
